This project is a Music Conservatory. The project entailed complete interior renovation, soundproof music rooms, a library, and office space. Our Team Leader was the Lead Superintendent coordinating all areas of work performed to complete this project.

This project involved a complete renovation of space to build a private assisted living and board and care home in San Mateo. Our Team Leader worked with all parties involved to complete the private living spaces, a commercial kitchen, dining room, and front reception.

This was a complete remodel of an occupied Senior Housing complex which consisted of 50 apartments, a recreation room, and community kitchen. Our Team Leader was the Superintendent overseeing the entire renovation, coordinating with all sub contractors and the management team.
